Reflection Of Life Through Music
31 January 2011-Monday
-Supriya Pradhan

He has a particular set of various interests but the sole priority zeroes in on his passion for music so much so that he chooses to reflect his life through it. Thus, in the very pursuit, Shreshan Shrestha a.k.a. S2S has come up with “Mirror - The Reflection of Life”, his solo debut effort.

Shreshan had several musical experiences before he headed towards the studio to record his first songs. And such learning has undeniably helped him have a stronger background in the field. It was pretty much evident in the 2064’s collection album “Platform” for which he mainly contributed two songs- "Bhanana" and “Samjhana Aaucha” featuring 9 Double 7 and Naina. The song was written by the singer himself while the rap portion came courtesy 9 Double 7. He believes working for the project has, to some extent, pushed his amateur status toward professional level and is grateful towards Suyesh Bhattarai for providing him with the opportunity.

Now after a gap of three years, S2S has matured enough to release his own solo album and despite the delays, he has succeeded in offering “Mirror” to the listeners with no compromises. And among other highlights, a newer version of the track "Samjhana Aaucha" is definitely something to look forward to. Its music video has also been done. Directed by Stond Amp frontman Visan Yonjan, the visual has been released to the television channels.

With his latest offering, Shreshan hopes to get honest feedback, both good and bad, and he also likes to thank everyone without whose support he would not have been able to achieve as much as he has.
